System improvements

Impovement of systems using conventional fuels or renewable energy sources (solar thermal, geothermal, hybrid systems, heat pumps) is a sector that concerns Technotec and need a chunk of existing heating & cooling.

This need arises either because of old equipment (intensive devices), or because of old studies of the buildings or improrer installation (unfortunatelly quite common phenomenon), or even from normal wear because of the age of the installation that causes reduction in system performance.

Technotec assumes responsibly:

 

I) Improvements - Maintenance - Repairs of renewable energy systems:

- Solar Thermal

- Geothermal

- Heat Pumps

- Hybrid heating and cooling systems.

The improvements are achieved by: changing the control system of the installation, identifying potential malfunctions and parts of the installation which can be changed so as to achieve maximum utilization of existing equipment or cooperation with modern energy-saving systems and automation (such as differential thermostats for any combination of systems, digital compensation, inverter pumps, smart thermostats, etc.)

 

II) Improvements of individual and central heating systems:

- Change of mechanical parts with new technology’s ones in order to save energy

- Autonomy suggestions and measurement of the cost of expenditure with the most modern methods (wireless, digital cost distributors, etc.)

- Energy saving systems for all types of installations (old type radiators & panels, underfloor heating, fan coils, etc.).
